Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, so prompt communication gives us the best chance to cancel before dispatch.

Please have your order number ready. If the cancellation is confirmed before the order is handed to our delivery partner, a full refund will be issued with no questions asked.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may initiate a return once the package is delivered — subject to our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

• Orders that have already been dispatched
• Orders placed during a sale or special promotional event — these are eligible for exchange only
• Customised or personalised orders (if applicable)

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your order. This can happen if:

• The item is out of stock at the time of fulfilment
• Delivery to your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partner
• We are unable to verify your payment or order details

In any such case, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
