Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once your order is packed and handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details via SMS and email.

We ship to most PIN codes across India. Delivery times depend on your location:

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your order value before any discounts are applied.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. If we are unable to deliver to your PIN code, we will notify you after placing your order and process a full refund within 5–7 business days.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to change that soon.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order anytime from our Track Order page.

If your tracking information has not updated in more than 5 business days, please get in touch with us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Damaged or Missing Packages

We pack every order carefully, but if something goes wrong in transit, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

  • Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged product
  • Record an unboxing video wherever possible — this greatly helps us resolve the issue quickly
  • Contact us via phone or email with your order number and the evidence

We will arrange a replacement or refund once we have reviewed the details. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
